Gov. Larry Hogan will travel to Israel later this month in an effort to attract more overseas businesses to Maryland, particularly in the areas of biotechnology and cybersecurity. Similar to Maryland, Israel has become a thriving center for biotechnology and cybersecurity, said Barry Bogage, executive director of the Maryland/Israel Development Center, the organizer of the trip.
