The former National Marine Bank building in Baltimore’s central business district has hit the market for $3.6 million. The 96-year-old landmark office building is located near Power Plant Live at 33 S. Gay St. and was listed this week by Marcus & Millichap. It had previously been for sale in 2014, listed by CBRE.
