Financial website 24/7 Wall St. has published lists of the richest and poorest towns — communities with less than 25,000 residents — in each state. The lists are based on data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey — namely, five-year estimated median annual household incomes from 2010 through 2014.
