A joint venture involving MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate has sold two medical office buildings in Harford County to a national health care real estate investment trust. The buildings, located adjacent to the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health Medical Center in Bel Air, total nearly 114,000 square feet. Lutherville-based MacKenzie and York, Pa.-based Kinsley Properties sold the properties to Nashville, Tenn.-based Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: HR). The company paid $36.3 million…
