Global marketing and communications firm Harte Hanks is closing its offices in Baltimore County and will lay off 112 people. Scott Hamilton, a spokesman for Harte Hanks, confirmed the plant at 4545 Annapolis Road in Halethorpe was closing. Layoffs will start on Nov. 18 and will continue through the end of the year. In all, the plant is home to more than 160 employees, but about 50 of them will be able to start telecommuting for the company or will be moved to one of Harte Hanks’ other offices. The…
