The Greater Baltimore Urban League opened on Tuesday a new center in Seton Hill, a project aimed at providing minorities with entrepreneurial skills through seminars, workshops and mentoring. The entrepreneurship center at the Orchard Street Church, on downtown’s west side, is named after the late Raymond V.
