GlaxoSmithKline has a new landlord in Rockville. The three-building, 635,058-square-foot GSK Global Vaccine Centre at 14200 Shady Grove Road has been sold to an unnamed buyer for $337.5 million, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP announced Monday. The previous owner was BioMed Realty, which is owned by affiliates of Blackstone Real Estate Partners VIII. HFF marketed the property, found the buyer and secured financing for the new owner.
