A former Food Network cheftestant has quietly opened a new restaurant in Upper Fells Point in the former location of Cockey’s Restaurant and Bar. Washington, D.C., chef Malcolm Mitchell opened Ryder’s Gastropub at 1901 Gough St. on May 16 with no announcement and no fuss made.
