Washington, D.C., chef Malcolm Mitchell, who opened his first Baltimore restaurant in Upper Fells Point in May, will be opening a second eatery this fall in Butchers Hill. The former “Food Network Star” contestant quietly opened Ryder’s Bistro in May at 1901 Gough St. with the purpose of making as little fuss as possible and becoming a part of the community.
