Crofton network security company Force 3 has been acquired by Sirius Computer Solutions Inc. Under the deal, Force 3 will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of San Antonio-based Sirius and become the national IT company’s security services and federal contracting arm. Force 3 will remain in Crofton and is expected to retain all 170 of its employees, including CEO Mike Greaney. The deal is expected to close March 31. Terms were not disclosed.
