A Napa-style wine tasting room combined with dining space for 300 is set to open in the Annapolis Towne Centre next week. Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant will begin serving on May 16 with a casual menu that reflects its wine list and includes soy ginger salmon, chicken Giardiniera, Asian pork belly and Mexican drunk shrimp.
