Comcast Corp. is relocating a regional office from White Marsh to McHenry Row in South Baltimore. The communications giant said Thursday it inked a lease for more than 28,000 square feet in the Banner Building, the former 9-acre home to Phillips Seafood in Locust Point. Comcast will move its offices and 140 employees from 8029 Corporate Drive in Baltimore County.
