The owners of Mount Vernon’s City Cafe have agreed to purchase Tark’s Grill at Green Spring Station in Lutherville. The new ownership will become effective Oct. 1. Gino Cardinale and Bruce Bodie, who own City Cafe, said a name change is not planned for the restaurant, but they are going to look at interior renovations sometime next year.
