A three-building office park home to Ciena Corp.’s corporate headquarters has sold to a Boston real estate firm for $57.4 million. Tritower Financial Group recently purchased the 265,000-square-foot development, known as Station Ridge. The seller was investment bank Goldman Sachs Group Inc., according to CoStar Group Inc.
