Christmas Village is coming back to Baltimore this holiday season, and along with all the vendors and ice rink, the man himself, Santa Claus, will be joining in on the festivities. The traditional German holiday market will again set up shop in West Shore Park at the Inner Harbor from Nov. 24 through Christmas Eve on Dec. 24.
