Chesapeake Real Estate Group LLC has paid $2.9 million for a 26,000-square-foot office complex in Hanover. The properties were sold by Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC). The buildings are 1341 Ashton Road, a 16,000-square-foot one-story building leased by Childtime Learning Centers, and 1343 Ashton Road, a 10,000-square-foot building that is currently vacant.
