Two routes — and a portion of another — of the Charm City Circulator would be eliminated under a new proposal from the Baltimore City Department of Transportation. Adjustments to the Circulator include eliminating the Banner and Green routes entirely, and ending the Purple Route’s northern extension spanning from Penn Station to 33rd Street.
