The Peabody Apartments, a 15-unit building with ground floor retail space in Charles Village, is up for auction. The three-story, 22,000-square-foot apartment building, at 201-205 E. 30th St., was built in 1920. It will be auctioned Thursday at 11 a.m. on-site. A $50,000 deposit is due at time-of-sale and the settlement must be completed within 60 days of the sale date.
