Merchants at Cross Street Market were informed Monday morning that the 64-year-old structure will be shuttered for 10 months beginning in April for a $6.5 million overhaul under a new management agreement with the city. The agreement is expected to be presented to the city’s Board of Estimates on Wednesday at City Hall.
