California Tortilla has tapped MGH as its marketing agency of record as the fast-casual Mexican chain adds 16 locations to its existing 46 stores this year. MGH President Andy Malis said his firm will handle all media buying, planning and buying — both digital and traditional — and devise a social media strategy for Rockville-based California Tortilla.
