Brown Advisory Inc. has acquired Blackhaw Wealth Management LLC, an Austin, Texas, investment consulting firm Baltimore-based Brown Advisory, founded in 1993, merged with Blackhaw and former members of Oxbow Advisors to form a seven-person office in Austin, according to a company statement.
