Bill Miller, the famed Legg Mason Inc. fund manager who beat the S&P 500 for 15 straight years, is leaving the Baltimore money manager after 35 years. The company said on Thursday that Miller has acquired all of Legg Mason’s(NYSE: LM) interests in LMM LLC, which provides investment management services to Legg Mason Opportunity Trust, Miller Income Opportunity Trust and related strategies.
