Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. is doing its part to add to the ongoing changes in South Baltimore. The utility announced Tuesday that it will paint large-scale murals on the three storage tanks at the company’s Spring Gardens campus at 1783 Leadenhall St. near the Interstate 95 and Interstate 395 interchange.
