The Baltimore Development Corp. is issuing a call for development team to reimagine what remains of the former Mayfair Theatre on downtown’s west side. The BDC released a request for proposals on the site, which includes the remaining structure of the landmark Mayfair at 506 N. Howard St. The RFP also includes a vacant lot at 300 W.
