A six-story, city-owned building once owned by the Polock Johnny’s Polish sausage company is on the market. The 16,301-square-foot building at 111 W. Lexington St. on downtown’s west side is being listed for sale and redevelopment in a request for proposals by the Baltimore Development Corp. The property is located in the Bromo Tower Arts & Entertainment District and was built in 1904.
