A $250,000 payment was approved Thursday by the board of the Baltimore Development Corp. to help fund a feasibility study for expanding the Baltimore Convention Center. The BDC’s board voted to approve the payment, made from state funds, toward the $1 million tab to explore the prospects for the expansion, a long-discussed project.
