David Millman is retiring this month as Bank of America Corp.’s Baltimore market president, ending a 35-year run with the largest bank in Maryland. Sabina Kelly, who has been with the bank for more than 20 years, will take over for Millman. Bank of America is the largest bank in the Baltimore area, with more than $18 billion in local deposits, or a 27 percent share.
