The first rentals as part of Baltimore’s new bike share program will be available Oct. 28. That day, 20 stations will come online in the afternoon, making over 150 bikes available to rent. The city’s Department of Transportation plans to add an additional 30 stops by the spring, which will bring the fleet to 465 bikes. Of the 465 bikes, some 40 percent will be outfitted with electric motors to help propel the bikes, said James Decker, the bike share coordinator for the city’s Department of Transportation.…
