Topgolf continues to scout the Baltimore area for a location, but the project won’t be its first in Maryland. Topgolf announced Thursday it is opening a 65,000-square-foot location in Germantown with construction expected to begin next fall and in opening in fall 2018. The location would be the third in the Washington, D.C., region with sites already open in Ashburn and Alexandria, Va.
