For the second time in four years, a feasibility study will explore connecting a proposed expanded convention center to a new arena and hotel in downtown Baltimore. The $1 million study, introduced at the request of Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, was approved by the Maryland Stadium Authority at its board meeting Tuesday.
