Colder temperatures didn’t cool the Baltimore-area housing market in November, as home sales reached their highest level for the month in a decade. Closed sales reached 2,863 in November, up 20.6 percent compared to November 2015, according to data provided by ShowingTime RBI based on listing activity from MRIS.
