Baltimore-area home sales rose 14.5 percent in April, continuing a string of 21 straight months of increases and marking the best April in at least a decade. At the same time, the median sales price grew 5.7 percent year-over-year to $243,000, the highest April sales price since 2008, according to data released Tuesday by ShowingTime RealEstate Business Intelligence based on MRIS data.
