Refined plans to stretch the sweeping, $100 million Anthem House apartment development across the street in Locust Point were presented to a city design panel Thursday and include a mix of the old and the new. The 54-unit, $10 million Anthem House 2 project will likely break ground in February, said Jeff Kayce, senior vice president with Bozzuto Development.
