Good morning, and happy Friday. We’re forgoing the usual “8 things” post today for a special edition covering Artscape, the yearly arts festival in the city. The free celebration starts this morning and runs through Sunday. The festival takes place from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Sunday.
