The Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation broke ground on a new youth development park in West Baltimore Friday, with Orioles legends Cal Ripken Jr., Eddie Murray and Brooks Robinson on hand. The park will be one of seven the foundation has built in Baltimore’s underserved neighborhoods.
