Mayor Catherine Pugh announced on Wednesday a new task force that will focus on the development of artist housing in Baltimore following the closure of the Bell Foundry space deemed unsafe by city officials. Baltimore-based Manzoco Construction is planning to build 12, four-story townhomes on the site of the former Eastern Plating Co. factory in Canton. In all, the development, located at 1207 S.
