Attendance at the Colonial Athletic Association men’s basketball tournament fell this year — the final year that the tournament will be held in Baltimore. Reported attendance at Royal Farms Arena was just under 16,200 between Friday and Monday, the worst figure during the three years the tournament was held in the city, according to numbers provided by the CAA.
