Pulte Homes recently paid $23.6 million for 123 acres of former farmland in Howard County, where it plans to build single family luxury homes. The Estates at Patapsco Park development will be located off of Rogers Avenue near Route 29 in Ellicott City. The seller was Pleasants Development Inc., based in Clarksburg.
