The single-story, brick building has 16 loading docks and is located at 1305 Governor Court as part of the William Paca Industrial Park in Harford County, close to Interstate 95 and Route 40. It was 87 percent leased when purchased recently, NAI KLNB officials said. Tenants include Encompass Supply Chain and BriteStar Business. Organizers of Light City Baltimore provided a preview of sculptures and displays on Sunday night ahead of the inaugural festival’s official launch Monday. Light City brings 1.5 miles of light installations by dozens of artists, 50 concerts and 100 performances to the Inner Harbor and Federal Hill for the free week-long festival.
