Towson Commons announced a new retail tenant on Wednesday: CVS Pharmacy. A 9,000-square foot store will open at the corner of York Road and Chesapeake Avenue in the fall, said Mike Stoltz, director of leasing for Maryland Financial Investors Realty. Pikesville-based MFI Realty is part owner and leasing agent for the retail portion of the huge development in the midst of a re-do, tenant wise, after much of the building has sat vacant for years.
