Owners of Langermann’s of Baltimore LLC in Canton have again filed for bankruptcy protection, but are confident a plan of action will get the restaurant back on track. The restaurant filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 10 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. Like many, I’ve driven past the former Old Town Mall in East Baltimore dozens of times. It’s easy to see the area is in dire need of a makeover.
