Blispay Inc., a Baltimore financial technology startup, is seeking nearly $12 million in new funding, according to a federal filing. The funding round comes after Blispay raised $12.75 million in a funding round last year. Representatives with the company declined to comment on the details of the round. A decades-old pier in Canton is being demolished, just two years after being purchased by a new owner. The Clinton Marine Terminal, which was built in the 1930s, is being taken down by Baltimore-based Rukert Terminals Corp.
