The 62 units in the ultra luxury Four Seasons Residences are expected to be ready early next year, sales officials said Thursday. That will offer a new chapter in the waterfront luxury residential market in the city, which includes the Ritz Carlton Residences, Pier Homes at Harbor View and the Harbor View tower. The U.S. Department of Labor is suing Baltimore architect Donald Kann for allegedly removing money from employee paychecks and failing to return it to their pension plans at all or in an untimely manner. Kann, president of architectural firm Kann Partners, is being sued for $56,065.27 in 401(k) contributions and $34,000 in lost earnings since 2009, according to a release. Through the lawsuit, the Department of Labor is looking to recover the amounts owed and remove Kann and the company as fiduciaries…
