Two newly developed Class A warehouse buildings in the Penn 95 Commerce Center in Upper Marlboro have been sold to investors for $33 million. The sellers, a partnership of Chesapeake Real Estate Group LLC and principals from Thompson Creek Window Co., sold the industrial buildings that total close to 300,000 square feet. Baltimore Summer Restaurant Week is no longer contained to a lone week, at least for roughly 50 participants, as the dining promotion will be extended an extra week through Aug. 7. The Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, who produces the event alongside Visit Baltimore, announced the extension Monday afternoon, the day after the original scheduled promotion was supposed to end.
