The Baltimore City Council is sending a bill to raise the minimum wage to $15 back to committee following a vote Monday evening. Councilwoman Mary Pat Clarke, the bill’s sponsor, called for the vote. The amendment to be added will clarify wage stipulations for persons with disabilities.
