The third in a series of work sessions on a $660 million tax increment financing request by Sagamore Development has been postponed until early next month. The City Council’s Taxation, Finance and Economic Development Committee was to meet Monday at the War Memorial Building. Celebrity chef Bryan Voltaggio’s Family Meal restaurant at Power Plant in the Inner Harbor has closed less than two years after opening. The diner-style eatery opened to ring in the New Year in 2015 as the second restaurant by Voltaggio, a James Beard Award nominee and contest on “Top Chef.” His first Baltimore restaurant, Aggio, opened in 2014 at Power Plant Live. A spokeswoman for the restaurant said there were a number of factors for the closure but said they would not be issuing a statement.…

Royal Farms has acquired Fuchs North America’s 5-acre site spice and seasoning plant along a fast-growing stretch of Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills. The Baltimore convenience store operator paid $6.65 million for the site, according to state tax records. Fuchs is currently constructing a new 210,000-square-foot headquarters in Hampstead. Royal Farms plans to demolish the existing plant and subdivide the space, said Robert J. Aumiller, a broker with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services…
