Nick’s Inner Harbor Seafood, a fixture in the Cross Street Market for decades, has reached an agreement to stay open past a Jan. 31 eviction date. Gary Maslan, an attorney hired by Nick’s Inner Harbor Seafood, said Thursday he had negotiated a court agreement with Caves Valley Partners to drop its legal argument for the Jan. 31 eviction of the business from the market. Fleet Street Kitchen is no more and in its place this summer will be Tagliata, an Italian chophouse and the newest restaurant concept by Atlas Restaurant Group. Atlas Group, led by owner Alex Smith, announced the concept for the Harbor East space on Thursday. Montgomery County is all about the money. More millionaires filed taxes in the county than any other jurisdiction in Maryland in 2014, the latest year for which data is available. The county’s more than 3,200 millionaires surpassed Baltimore County, which was second in the state, by almost 2,000.
