Downtown office workers and tourists will have another spot to get their caffeine fix. Filicori Zecchini, a nearly 100-year-old Italian coffee company, will be moving into 1 E. Pratt St. in downtown Baltimore. The newest shop will occupy the space that previously housed Nature’s Table, a soup, salad, wrap and smoothie eatery that closed last June after less than three years in the location. The Maryland Insurance Administration approved double-digit percent rate increases for all individual health care insurance plans for 2017, including a 31.4 percent rate hike for the state’s largest provider, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.
