Eight Baltimore City men who call themselves the Elite Eight graduated from a six-week course on Friday, Jan. 5 that taught them basic manufacturing skills such as carpentry, welding, 3-D printing and more. The following Monday morning, all eight of those men reported for work at their new jobs.
