Ryan Homes has taken over a plan to build 19 townhomes near the former Florence Crittenton Home in Hampden are moving forward. The Reston, Va., homebuilder expects to start construction on the homes within the next two months. Ryan Homes acquired the 2.5 acres of land at 3110 Crittenton Place in January. Talks are underway to construct such a resort complete with a sandy beach, a curving shoreline of tropical blue waters, palm trees and kayaks, said Uri Man, CEO of Crystal Lagoons, a Florida-based developer of lagoons.
